1. General Policies
- The clinic operates by appointment & walk in’s.
- Clients must be 18 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
2. Booking & Cancellation Policies
- Appointments may be booked by phone, text, or online.
- Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours may result in a fee or loss of deposit.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
3. Payment & Pricing Policies
- Accepted payment methods include: cash and e-transfer
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
4. Health & Safety Policies
- A brief intake form and/or verbal health consultation may be required before your service.
- Please disclose all medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, recent procedures, or pregnancy.
- The therapist reserves the right to decline or modify services for health reasons.
- Proper sanitization of all tools, linens, and surfaces is performed between each client.
- If you are feeling unwell (fever, cold, flu, contagious condition), please reschedule.
